Why FBA prep matters more than most sellers realise
Amazon UAE's fulfilment centres have strict, non-negotiable receiving standards. A shipment that doesn't meet prep requirements isn't just delayed — it's refused at the gate, returned or disposed of at your expense, and your Seller Central account takes a health hit.
The most common reasons shipments get rejected at Amazon UAE fulfilment centres:

What we do — every step of FBA and FBN prep
FNSKU labelling
Every unit receives the correct FNSKU label printed to Amazon's spec — minimum font size, correct placement, never covering a scannable barcode. We label in bulk or per-unit depending on your product.
Poly-bagging
Products requiring poly-bag protection are bagged with suffocation warning labels applied — mandatory for items in bags with openings over 5 inches. We check which of your products need this before you even ask.
Carton build & weight check
Cartons packed to Amazon's standards — maximum 23kg, no side exceeding 63.5cm, same ASIN per carton unless mixed SKU shipment. Each carton weighed and measured before sealing.
Box ID labels
Amazon's Box ID labels are printed from your shipment plan and applied to every carton exterior — the correct label, on the correct carton, facing the correct direction. One of the most common rejection causes when done wrong.
Pallet build & wrap
Full pallet shipments built to Amazon's spec — 1.0m × 1.2m four-way entry, maximum height 1.8m, stretch-wrapped and corner-protected. Pallet label applied in the correct position on each side.
Carrier Central booking
Amazon UAE doesn't accept deliveries without a Carrier Central appointment. We book the appointment directly using your shipment plan details — no access to your Seller Central required.

Noon FBN has different labelling requirements to Amazon FBA — Noon SKU labels instead of FNSKUs, Noon carton labels, and appointment booking via Noon Seller Lab rather than Carrier Central. We handle both in the same Dubai facility, on the same weekly delivery runs.

Appointment booked in Amazon's Carrier Central using your shipment details. You're notified of your delivery date and time slot.

Weekly scheduled runs to all Amazon UAE fulfilment centres (DXB1–DXB6). Your Seller Central shows received status typically within 48 hours of delivery.
