ARRIVAGE started with one mission: make it simple for sellers anywhere in the world to get their products into Amazon UAE and Noon fulfilment centres. We've been doing it since 2019, and we've handled over 500 sellers from 6 countries in the process.

ARRIVAGE was founded in Dubai in 2019 by Diane N., who had spent years working in the Amazon ecosystem and saw the same problem repeating itself: sellers around the world knew they wanted to be on Amazon UAE and Noon, but getting their stock from wherever they were to inside an Amazon fulfilment centre in Dubai was consistently the hardest part.

The logistics platforms weren't built for the UAE market. The customs process confused international sellers. Amazon's prep requirements were strict and poorly documented. And nobody was offering a service that handled the complete chain — from pickup anywhere in the UAE, through customs if needed, through FBA prep, to weekly FC delivery — under one roof.

So we built one. Seven years and 500+ sellers later, we're still doing it — running weekly deliveries to every Amazon UAE fulfilment centre and Noon, handling customs clearance as Importer of Record for international shipments, and making the UAE marketplace genuinely accessible for sellers who aren't based here.
