HOW WE STARTED
Built because nobody else was doing it properly.
ARRIVAGE was founded in Dubai in 2019 by Diane, who spent years working inside the Amazon ecosystem.
She kept seeing the same wall: sellers around the world wanted to be on Amazon UAE and Noon, but getting stock from wherever they were to inside a Dubai fulfilment centre was consistently the hardest part.
The logistics platforms weren’t built for the UAE. Customs confused international sellers.Amazon’s prep requirements were strict and poorly documented. Nobody offered the complete chain — pickup, customs, prep, and weekly FC delivery — under one roof. So we built one.
2019 — ARRIVAGE founded in Dubai
Licensed under SRTIP. First sellers onboarded from the UK and Turkey & Pakistan.
2020 — Direct Amazon booking agreement
ARRIVAGE secures a direct FC booking arrangement with Amazon UAE — no Seller Central access required from sellers.
2022 — Noon FBN added
Full FBN delivery and prep service launched. Now covering both major UAE marketplaces.
2026 — SIGNA launched
Managed selling for sellers without a UAE trade licence. ARRIVAGE handles logistics; SIGNA handles the marketplace account.
Today — 1,000+ sellers served
Weekly runs to DXB3, DXB5, DXB6 and Noon — serving sellers from the UK, Turkey, France, India, Thailand, UAE and beyond.
