Can I send stock directly from my supplier abroad to your warehouse?
Yes. We receive shipments from overseas — China, Turkey, Europe, India, and beyond. We coordinate customs clearance for both air and sea freight on your behalf.
Is there a minimum storage period or volume?
No. We bill month-to-month with no long-term contract and no minimum volume. You pay only for the space you actually use during each billing period.
Do I need a UAE trade licence to use your warehousing service?
No. You do not need a UAE trade licence to store your stock with us — making our service ideal for international sellers entering the UAE market for the first time.
How do I know how much stock I have with you?
Your dedicated sales manager provides regular stock level updates via WhatsApp and will flag any SKU running low so you can plan your next inbound shipment in time.
Can you store products going to both Amazon and Noon?
Yes. We run weekly delivery routes to both Amazon UAE (all fulfilment centres) and Noon's UAE warehouse. You can split replenishments across both marketplaces from the same storage location.
What types of products can you store?
