Yes. We collect from all major UAE free zones and industrial areas. Just provide the exact address and any access requirements when you book.
What if my cartons are not yet labelled to FBA standards?
No problem — that's part of our service. We handle all labelling, repackaging, and compliance prep at our Dubai facility before delivering to Amazon or Noon.
Is there a minimum number of cartons you will collect?
We work with sellers of all sizes. Contact us with your shipment details and we'll confirm pricing and feasibility — there's no fixed minimum.
How do I know my shipment has been accepted by Amazon or Noon?
We send a confirmation email with a stamped proof of delivery once the warehouse has accepted your stock. You'll also see inventory appear in Seller Central or Noon Seller Lab within 1–3 business days.
